QuickBooks Online Integration

A private software integration operated by AJ Long Electric that connects our internal business systems to our own QuickBooks Online company file.

What this integration does

It reads and writes accounting records — customers, invoices, estimates, payments, items, and vendors — inside AJ Long Electric’s own QuickBooks company file, so that job records and books stay in sync without manual re-entry.

Who can use it

This is internal software. It is not sold, licensed, or distributed to the public, and it is not a multi-tenant product. Access is limited to AJ Long Electric owners and employees, and to bookkeepers and accounting professionals engaged by AJ Long Electric.

The integration connects only to QuickBooks company files owned or controlled by AJ Long Electric. It does not access any third party’s QuickBooks data.

Data handling

• Scope requested: com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting
• All API traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are never written to logs or error output
• No payment card or bank account numbers are accessed or stored; card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor
• QuickBooks data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising
• Disconnecting revokes tokens with Intuit and deletes them from our systems
